Delivery Information

Our Standard Shipping cost is £3.99, for orders, however, if the goods are more than 1.6 meters long or weigh more than 25 kilos or the volumn metric size is greater than 25 kilos there will be an additional charge for shipping. If this is the case we would contact you prior to sending goods  or charging you to discuss.

Due to some items being easily breakable if we are unable to ship this we will offer you the opertunity to collect this from our warehose or alternative location that we may be able to ship the item to safely. Please contact us by email or phone if you would like to discuss this.

Please note that on certain postcodes below we may not able to send items for the charge that we have quoted.

The postcodes that can cause an increase generally are as follows:- AB 31 to AB 38, AB 40 to AB 56, BT (Northern Ireland) IV 1 to IV 63, KA 27 to 28, KW 1 to KA17, PA 20 to PA 49, PH 4 to PH50, ZE, 9, IV51, 55 and  56, KA 27 & 28, KW 15 to 17, PA20, PA41 to 49, PA60 to 78, PH42 to 44, ZE, Isle of Man,Isle of Sheppy, Channel Islands, IOW, and any extreme or remote areas that are in the UK.

If the product weight does not exceed 3 kilos and is of reasonable size then we should be able to send at the quoted price, if the weight is in excess of this we will confirm cost to you befor we proceed with shipping the goods.

Shipping Outside The UK.

We have quoted prices on the site based on the carton being no bigger than 25 kilos, this is usually calculated by the following means. L x W x H (cm) divided by 4000, (or if smaller by actual weight)  this gives us the size that the carries will base weight on. there is also a maximum lenght of 1.2 meters.

If goods are under 2 kilos we may be able to reduce the price quoted and will contact you reguarding this.
